MEOC College Connections Project provides free college and career support to New York City adults who meet certain eligibility requirements. Check below to see if you may qualify.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in MEOC College Connections project, you must meet the following requirements:
Age
NYC Residency
First-Generation College Student
Low-Income
Be 19 years or older
Live in Manhattan or the Bronx
Be the first person in your family to attend college
Meet federal low-income guidelines
Immigration Status
Be a U.S citizen, permanent resident, or other eligible immigrant status
Educational Goal
Have a goal to enter or return to a postsecondary education program
